Q: When do I get paid for selling Lemongrass products?

A: Immediately—the customer pays you, and then you order and purchase the products from Lemongrass. No inventory is necessary unless you want to have merchandise available to your customers immediately. If you accept credit cards from your customer, you may deduct that amount from your remittance to Lemongrass (see consultant agreement for details). Our office will process credit card orders at no charge to you. We will retain those funds and if a refund is due to you for commissions owed, you will be paid electronically with a credit to your debit or credit card.

Q: How do I place orders with Lemongrass:

A: You may call, email, order online or mail order forms. Payments must be received before
products are shipped to the consultant or customer. Use the “Order Summary” form to calculate your commission and amount due.

Q: What if someone doesn’t like a product?

A: Lemongrass has a 30-day exchange policy on all products. Customers can
return the unwanted product to their sales consultant for exchange with another product.

Q: How long does it take to get my merchandise after I order it?

R: Typically, your order is shipped within seven days from the time it is received in our office. We use United Postal Service’s Priority Mail, DHL or UPS to ship packages.

Q: What is your policy regarding dishonored checks?

A: We charge a returned check fee of $15.00. If you there are two incidences of
returned checks from a customer or consultant, another form of payment will be
required on subsequent orders (credit card, money order or certified check.)

Q: How do I receive my override commissions on my recruits’ sales?

A: You are paid electronically for override commissions from Lemongrass. The monthly sales report is generated after all of the previous month’s parties have been closed out. You will be notified by email that funds have been transferred to your account (credit card or debit card) on the 20th of the following month.
