LEMONGRASS headquarters is located in Pine, Colorado, nestled in the mountains approximately 20 miles southwest of Denver. This friendly community offers a serene setting for our production facilities and corporate offices.

We specialize in high-quality skin treatments that allow women to enhance their skin from the outside in. Lemongrass Spa owners and team members encourage our independent sales consultants to balance their career with family and God.

Our Policies

Owner and founder, Heidi Leist insists on excellent customer and consultant care! We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on any purchase.  Customers may contact their consultant if they choose to exchange a product with the home office. Our shipping department is committed to serving our customers accurately and quickly, shipping orders within 7 business days or less from the date in which it is submitted. Many of our handcrafted products are date-stamped for freshness; we guarantee complete customer satisfaction for one year on most of our products.

Lemongrass has developed formulations emulated from age-old family tinctures, ointments and remedies. We select only the highest grade oils, butters, botanicals and essential oils to create healing body treatments. Some of our products also contain phthalate-free fragrances, such as grapefruit, mango, juicy pear and pomegranate, to enhance your at-home spa experience.

Our products are completely free of:

• - Phthalates
• - Mineral Oil
• - Formaldehyde
• - Petroleum based fillers
• - Sodium Laureth Sulfate
• - Lake colorants
• - Parabens

We hand-select natural ingredients including:

- Fruit extracts such as Pomegrante, Raspberry Seed and Cucumber

- Moisturizers such as Shea Butter, Mango Butter, Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil, Olive Butter, Apricot Kernel Oil and Almond Oil.

- Pure Essential Oils such as Lavender, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Spearmint, Sandalwood & Patchouli.

- Sugar, oatmeal, dead sea salt and other ingredients that are so natural you could eat them!

Who's behind the scenes at Lemongrass Spa?

 

Founder, Heidi Leist, along with her husband and two young daughters, work and reside near Pine, Colorado. Heidi’s compassion for people and her caring disposition has been the foundation for creating a business in which consultants pamper women in their own homes.

 

Heidi Leist is actively involved in the overall operation of Lemongrass Spa, including consultant training, product development and marketing. Bryan Leist is the President and oversees accounting, commissions, software and logistics. 

The home office team of exceptional women are commited to providing outstanding service and incredibly fresh spa products. Our home office team members are: Karen Voeltz, Production Specialist and Heidi's mom; Amber Dillon, Production Manager; Mary Dennison, Production Specialist;  Shelley Davis, Facilities Manager;  Barb Janak, Administrative Coordinator; Dani Wagener, Shipping Coordinator; Linda Davidson, Packaging Specialist; Beverly Farson, Packaging Assistant; Francine Fleming, Production Assistant and several seasonal team members. 

  

 

Karissa Muth is the Consultant Relations Manager and oversees the Lemongrass University training programs, coaching, mentoring and team-building.
