Kris Rychter shares excellent tips on organizing products for an efficient spa party presentation:
"I try to be organized so that when I arrive at a party it takes me just 20-30 minutes to set up. I have two separate tapestry sewing machine totes that were purchased from JoAnn Fabrics in which to tote my spa products. One tote is packed with my 12 body polishes, herbal foot soak, water carafes and the face care line excluding the mist. These are the items that I unload in the kitchen. For my spa room display the second tote is packed with everything else, including the towels. I enjoy demonstrating all the products because I just cannot decide what not to talk about…all the products are so awesome!"
"When I present the products I do it in the order in which I would apply them in my daily routine. I start with the face, the hair and then of course the body. All demonstrations begin at the kitchen sink using the body polish. The arrangement for my “display” is by product as opposed to scent and I pass them around individually and not in a basket."
“The best thing I “pack” in my bag is a smile and warm heart so that everyone feels welcomed and loved! Isn’t great how we can all make money while having so much fun! I recommend that if you haven’t soaked in a while that you dip your beautiful feet in a warm tub of Lemongrass soak and remember what it was like when you experienced your first soak and you will fall in love all over again. I did it this past week and it has rejuvenated me and it’s also a great personal testimony.”

Heather Davis, Top Consultant March and April 2010
“I truly believe that I’ve been successful because I share Lemongrass with everyone I meet”, says Heather Davis, Top Consultant of the Month in March and April of 2010. She was also awarded the Top Consultant of the Year in Sales at the Convention in April.
“Whenever I’m out in the community I have people who mention when they see me that they need to reorder or would like to have a spa party”. Heather treats her spa party guests to a pair of soft, cotton socks as her way of thanking them for coming to the party. “They remember me and they love the products!”
She enjoys changing her display for the seasons. She brought her spa party display to the Convention and many commented on how eye-catching it was. Heather shared that she purchased the lime-green furry fabric from Joanne’s Fabrics Store and she has her products grouped according to scent in small metal pails. Each pail has a small card detailing the items available in that scent group.
Heather enjoys featuring her favorite ‘top sellers’ at the beginning of her spa parties so her guests make sure to hear about the Foot Fetish Kits, Whipped Body Butter, Face Crème and the Foaming Liquid Soap. She encourages her guests and hostesses to think about what gift-giving opportunities they may have coming up and offers sets such as the Fizzing Bath Soak Set in the gift box, the Spa Gift Sets and also the Travel Sets. “ I love what I do and I’m so grateful that Lemongrass is a part of my life!” Congratulations, Heather!

Megan was the Top Consultant and Top Rookie of the month for February 2010. She was excited to share her excitement about her new business with us!
“ When I have a party I really try to see what people are interested in during demonstrations and I like to ask questions so I can recommend the products that they need. I always mention monthly sales and promotions to get people excited about the value. I also offer my own customer loyalty program to give an additional incentive for sales. I send out monthly birthday specials to my customers so they feel important on their special day! I set monthly goals for myself and plan ahead on how to achieve them as well.”
Megan has a philosophy that shines through to her customers.
“When you are passionate about something and believe in a product you can achieve the unthinkable. I BELIEVE in these products and am passionate about what I do. When I joined and my 3 year old son's rash went away after one application of using whipped body butter, I was hooked! I have tried every product on the shelf that claims to be natural and good for kids and babies skin and nothing worked until I found Lemongrass Spa Products. I am really so excited to be part of a wonderful company and team of consultants. “Success with Lemongrass Spa can be attributed to many things but I think the key to my success has to be my connection to my hostesses and her guests", writes Kristina Rychter from Colorado Springs, Colorado. “My hostess’s enthusiasm for the product, party and for me as her consultant are essential to her guests experiencing the same. For this reason I set aside 2 hours for each spa planning although they don’t always last that long. I know not all consultants can allow for this kind of time but 30-45 minutes should be sufficient to allow for the “coaching” and for the personal connection.”
Kris enjoys educating customers about the natural ingredients in the products but she has learned that there are other things more important. "The bottom line is that women truly need to enjoy an evening of laughter, friendship and pampering. Allowing the fun to happen without stressing about how much I say actually increased my sales. I interject product information wherever I can. I have found that standing back and participating in their laughter has given me a lot of insight into which ladies will make awesome hostesses and/or consultants. I listen carefully for key phrases like “I want everything” or “I wish I wasn’t on such a tight budget” and even “My husband just got laid off”. I listen for gals who are “educating” their friends on the product as they are great potential consultants. I learn a lot by just listening and having fun. “
